Jaimie Fitzgerald Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Jaimie Fitzgerald to the firm as an associate in our Business Litigation Department, where her practice focuses on complex commercial matters. Clients such as financial institutions and chemical manufacturers rely on her counsel in matters pertaining to securities litigation, regulatory issues, and internal investigations. Jaimie is also well-versed in breach of contract cases, defamation, third party subpoena, and discovery issues. She skillfully guides her clients through each step of litigation, from pleadings through trial.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Jaimie was an associate at Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein LLP. She also previously worked at the Federal Civil Litigation Clinic at the New York City Law Department. Jaimie received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Adelphi University.
