Hon. David Saxe and Danielle Lesser to Present CLE Program on Tips for the Rebuttal Appellate Argument
Hon. David Saxe (Ret.) and Danielle Lesser will present a CLE program based on their popular New York Law Journal article, “Some Practical Tidbits on the Rebuttal Appellate Argument.” In the course of the same title, David and Danielle will offer actionable tips for an effective rebuttal argument. They will discuss how to maximize the rebuttal argument by clearing up any confusion that may exist on the part of the panel and highlighting the most fundamental parts of the original presentation.
