Hallie McDonald Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Hallie McDonald, who joins the firm in our Business Litigation Practice. Hallie represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation in state and federal court in matters such as breach of contract, securities fraud, First Amendment torts, real estate and products liability.

Hallie has substantial experience at all stages of litigation, including appellate experience and successful briefing to the Supreme Court of the United States. She also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, handling arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Hallie was an associate at Cozen O’Connor. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was associate editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Mercyhurst University. While in law school, Hallie served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Arthur D. Spatt in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
