Dawn R. Sudama Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Dawn Sudama, who joins the firm in our Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Governance Practice. She focuses her practice on representing debtors, creditors and other parties-in-interest in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Dawn was an associate in the Restructuring Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and was previously an associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Dawn received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was notes editor of the Hofstra Law Review and served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Louis A. Scarcella of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She received her B.S., cum laude, from SUNY Geneseo.
