David J. Kozlowski to Participate in NABT Annual Conference Panel on Debtor-in-Possession

Dave Kozlowski, senior counsel in Morrison Cohen’s Business Solutions, Restructuring & Governance Practice, will be presenting at the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (NABT) annual conference on Wednesday, June 8th.

David will be participating in the Chapter 11, Subchapter V track of the conference. His panel, which begins at 4:30 p.m., is entitled “Operating the Debtor-in-Possession.” The panel will explore various aspects of how a business operates efficiently and effectively under Subchapter V. They will also examine what happens if a debtor-in-possession is removed and the Subchapter V trustee steps into the operational role. Dave is one of three panelists, joining Craig M. Geno of Craig M Geno PLLC in Ridgeland, Mississippi and Brian K. Ryniker of RK | Consultants LLC in New York. Morrison Cohen has successfully confirmed two significant retail Subchapter V cases in the Southern District of New York.

The NABT’s 40th annual conference will take place at The Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, British Columbia from June 8–11.
