David J. Kozlowski to Moderate Panel at AIRA Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference

Morrison Cohen Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Governance Partner David J. Kozlowski will moderate a panel at the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA) Bankruptcy & Restructuring Conference 2026, taking place June 3–5, 2026, in Nashville.

David’s panel, “Is Private Credit Built for Bankruptcy?,” will examine the growing role of private credit in restructurings and bankruptcy matters as private lenders increasingly step into spaces once dominated by traditional banks. The discussion will explore how direct lenders approach distressed situations, the impact of private credit on creditor dynamics and restructuring outcomes and how the rise of private credit is reshaping the restructuring landscape as the market prepares for the next wave of bankruptcies.
