Danielle Lesser to Serve as Faculty at NYSBA Commercial Litigation Academy

On November 4, Danielle Lesser will serve as faculty at the NYSBA Commercial Litigation Academy 2022, where she will participate on a panel on mediation. Fellow panelists will include moderator Paul Sarkozi, chair of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP; Hon. Jeremy R. Feinberg of the Supreme Court of the State of New York; and Charles Moxley of MoxleyADR LLC.

The annual two-day CLE program, offered virtually, brings together distinguished and well-known commercial litigators, current and former in-house counsel and judges who provide valuable insights on federal and state commercial litigation – from choosing the proper venue through the appellate process.
