Danielle Lesser Quoted in The Real Deal on Landlord-Tenant Policies for Vaccine Mandates

Danielle Lesser, Chair of the Business Litigation Department, was quoted in The Real Deal on how landlords’ application of vaccination mandates may affect policy decisions in the future.

In the article, entitled "Office Landlords Stand Down on Vaccine Policy," Danielle said, “As you see employers require vaccinations in increasing numbers, I don’t think it’s a leap to think we’ll start to see landlords regulate access to their buildings.”
