Danielle Lesser Quoted in Commercial Observer Regarding Retail Lease Provisions Post-Pandemic

Danielle Lesser was quoted in a Commercial Observer article entitled “COVID-Era Lease Provisions: What Landlords and Tenants Are Trying to Cement” regarding tenants’ demand for flexible deal terms and cataclysm protection clauses post-pandemic.

In the January 24, 2023 article, Danielle explained that not only have retailers been able to negotiate more flexible deals, but the amount and size of deals are changing too. Danielle said, “Tenants are possibly looking at smaller footprints, more carefully selected locations.
