Danielle Lesser Nominated to Serve on NYCBA Board of Directors

Congratulations to Partner Danielle Lesser, chair of Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Practice, who was recently nominated to serve on the Board of Directors of the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA).

Long active on the City Bar Judiciary Committee, Danielle has served as chair since 2023, where she plays a key role in shaping NYC's judiciary—reviewing and evaluating all judicial candidates across city, state and federal courts. She was previously vice chair of Judiciary Committee.

“I am honored to be nominated as a board member of the New York City Bar Association, together with such a respected group of members of the legal community,” said Danielle. “The Association's mission has never been more vital—to strengthen fairness in our legal system, uphold the principles and institutions of our democracy and advance the ideal of justice. Nominees will be elected at the City Bar’s annual meeting on May 19, 2026.
