Daniel Studin to Serve as Faculty at NYSBA Estate Litigation CLE Program

On November 8, Daniel J. Studin will serve as faculty at the New York State Bar Association’s continuing legal education program entitled "Estate Litigation: 1404 Examinations and Contested Accountings.” This two-day event, designed for estate planners and litigators, will cover laws, procedure and practical techniques applicable to pre- and post-objection will contests and contested accounting proceedings in the New York Surrogates’ Courts, including SCPA 1404 and SCPA 2211 examinations and related discovery.
