Daniel J. Studin Elected to the Partnership of Morrison Cohen
November 23, 2021 – Morrison Cohen is pleased to announce the election of Daniel J. Studin to partner, effective January 1, 2022.
Daniel is currently senior counsel in the Individual Client Services practice and a member of the Family Office Group of Morrison Cohen, where he advises individuals and families on personal planning matters, with a focus on domestic and international tax and estate planning. He also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts, as well as donors, private foundations, public charities and other tax-exempt organizations in philanthropic initiatives and related governance matters, including IRS reporting. He has significant experience designing, implementing, and administering tax-efficient estate plans for high-net-worth individuals.
