Cassandra Branch Joins Morrison Cohen

May 11, 2021 - Morrison Cohen welcomes Cassandra N. Branch to the firm as an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department.

Cassandra received her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. Her practice focuses on a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, and retaliation. She represents employers from various industries, in both the private and public sectors. Before joining private practice, Cassandra served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department for over four years. Her expertise as defense counsel has also helped her clients obtain successful outcomes in numerous actions at both the trial and appellate. 

During law school, Cassandra was an avid mock trial and moot court competitor, and today, she enjoys coaching and judging local high school students in trial advocacy competitions.
