Brian Forman to Participate in Fireside Chat with Clearwater Digital Partners at North American Bitcoin Conference

Brian Forman, a partner in our Corporate and Private Investment Funds Practice, will participate in a fireside chat at the North American Bitcoin Conference on January 18 entitled “Digital Assets: Legal, Security, & Diversification Considerations.”

Brian will speak with Andrew Holland, Managing Partner of our client Clearwater Digital Partners, on the topic of raising capital for digital asset funds and Morrison Cohen’s role in helping Clearwater launch a digital asset hedge fund. The conversation, which will also include Neil Chopra of Fireblocks and Eryka Gemma of Timelock Venture Fund, will include legal, diversification, and security considerations for prudent investing in 2022 and beyond.
