Andy Bank and Keith Markel to Discuss U.S. Expansion Strategies for Luxury Brands at Luxury Law Summit London 2026
Morrison Cohen Partners Andy Bank and Keith Markel, co-chairs of the firm’s Luxury Brands Group, will speak at the Luxury Law Summit London 2026, taking place on June 9 at 116 Pall Mall in London.
Their panel, “Scaling the Luxury Experience: Aligning Talent, Footprint and Business Strategies to Avoid Brand Erosion in the U.S.,” will examine the challenges luxury brands face as they expand in the U.S., including store location strategy, workforce management, leasing considerations and multi-state employment compliance. The discussion will focus on practical approaches to maintaining operational flexibility while protecting brand value and supporting long-term growth.
They will be joined by Jamie Durling, former Regional Chief People Officer, Americas, for Moncler and Dolce & Gabbana.
