Andy Bank and Keith Markel Share Insights on Building Luxury Brands at Luxury Law Summit London 2025

Morrison Cohen Partners Keith Markel and Andrew Bank, co-chairs of the firm’s Luxury Brands Group, will speak at the Luxury Law Summit London 2025, taking place at the British Museum on June 10, 2025.

Their panel, “Building Your Brand: A Luxury Law Guide to Employment and Real Estate Trends in the U.S.,” will explore key legal and operational issues luxury brands face when growing or maintaining a U.S. presence. Joined by Jamie Durling, former Regional Chief People Officer at Moncler and Dolce & Gabbana, Americas, they will discuss U.S. retail leasing strategies, real estate portfolio optimization, workforce management and adapting to recent employment law developments.

In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Keith has also been shortlisted for “Partner of the Year” at the Luxury Law Awards. Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony on the evening of June 10. The nomination highlights Keith’s longstanding leadership and excellence in advising luxury brands.

This year’s summit, themed “The Agile GC: Navigating Complexity and Innovation in Luxury’s Evolving Landscape,” will address topics including brand protection strategies, the role of the fractional GC, Gen Z consumer engagement, luxury M&A trends and geopolitical challenges affecting the industry.

The Luxury Law Summit brings together top legal minds and industry leaders for a day of insight and high-level networking focused on the global luxury market.
