Alana Mildner Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen LLP welcomes Associate Alana Mildner to our Labor & Employment Law Practice. Alana has significant experience in handling a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including all phases of employment litigation in state and federal courts. She is fully experienced in the defense of claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and all other federal, state, and local laws governing the workplace. Alana also advises clients in various industries in all facets of compliance with a wide range of workplace laws, including among others the New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen LLP, Alana was an associate in the Employment & Labor Group at Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP and, before that, obtained broad trial experience while serving as assistant corporation counsel at the New York City Law Department, Labor & Employment Law Division. Alana received her Juris Doctorate from New York University Law School and her B.S., with honors, from Cornell University.
