Victor Barkalov is Morrison Cohen’s Chief Financial Officer, where he plays a central role in strengthening the firm’s financial, operational and digital foundations while positioning it for long-term fiscal sustainability.

With experience spanning finance, information systems and operations, Victor approaches organizational challenges with a focus on practical, data-informed solutions that enhance efficiency and improve client service.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Victor served as Chief Financial Officer at a major national law firm, where he led initiatives integrating finance, technology and process improvement. His professional interests include data analytics, operational excellence, digital transformation, knowledge management and the evolving role of artificial intelligence in professional services. Victor is both a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney licensed in New York State.
