Kristen partners with leadership on talent management, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, performance management and strategic operational initiatives across the firm. She is passionate about building strong teams and developing thoughtful processes that support both employees and the overall goals of the organization.
Kristen is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®). Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, she held human resources and operations leadership roles at Outten & Golden LLP, JPMorgan Chase and RailWorks Corporation.
