Christopher Wytenus leads the Litigation Managing Clerk’s Office, where he maintains the litigation docket and calendar to ensure compliance with procedural deadlines and applicable rules.
Chris joined Morrison Cohen in 2015 and has served as Managing Clerk since 2019. He is responsible for the review and filing of court papers in both state and federal courts nationwide. In addition, he mentors and trains department staff with respect to court rules and procedures. Chris is skilled in using various case management systems and databases, including CourtAlert and eDockets.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Chris was a docket clerk in the Managing Attorney's Office at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and a court clerk in the Managing Clerk's Office at Seward & Kissel LLP.
