Andrew Snyder concentrates his practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration and related litigation.
Andrew regularly helps clients achieve their personal planning goals, including to minimize the impact of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes on intra-family wealth transfers. He routinely drafts and advises clients with respect to wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, health care proxies and all other documents necessary to accomplish their estate planning objectives.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Andrew was a transaction tax senior at Ernst & Young LLP, where he advised private equity and corporate clients on federal income tax issues related to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
