AliceRose is an Associate in Morrison Cohen’s Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group.
AliceRose represents clients in a wide array of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, equity compensation programs, and incentive and deferred compensation arrangements, with respect to employment and compensation matters. She also advises both employers and clients in drafting employment agreements, separation and settlement agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and other employment-related documents.
