Collin A. Rose Joins Morrison Cohen

January 6, 2020 – Morrison Cohen welcomes Collin A. Rose to the firm as an associate in the Business Litigation Department.

Collin received his Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology.  Collin, who joins us from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, has a broad commercial litigation practice that focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts.  He represents clients in securities litigation, residential mortgage-backed securities actions, white-collar litigation and regulatory and government investigations as well as in matters involving contractual disputes and business torts.

Collin is committed to public service and has provided pro bono legal services in the areas of immigration law, family law, nonprofit formation and criminal law policy research.  Collin has also represented clients pro bono in habeas corpus proceedings and clemency proceedings, as well as drafted amicus curiae briefs.
