Morrison Cohen Partner Y. David Scharf is Recognized by the Southern Poverty Law Center

November 15, 2019 – Firm Vice Chairman and business litigation partner Y. David Scharf was honored by the Southern Poverty Law Center for his contribution to its fight against hatred and intolerance in America and his name was added to the Wall of Tolerance in Montgomery, Alabama to inspire all those who chose to take a stand against hatred. Congratulations to David and his family. The Southern Poverty Law Center is dedicated to fighting hate and bigotry and to seeking justice for the most vulnerable members of society. Its priorities are hate and extremism, children's right, economic injustice, immigrant justice, LGBTQ rights, voting rights and criminal justice reform.
