Michael T. Wasenius Joins Morrison Cohen
October 22, 2019 – Morrison Cohen welcomes Michael T. Wasenius to the firm as an associate in the Corporate Department.
Michael joins us from McDermott, Will & Emery LLP and holds a BA from Providence College and a JD from Columbia Law School. Michael's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate and securities matters.
