David Saxe Authors Article on Career as Judge and Answers Questions with Former Colleagues from the Appellate Division, First Department

March 29, 2018 – The Hon. David B. Saxe, (ret.) authored the article “Former Justices on the Appellate Division, 1st Department, Reflect on Careers and Friendships,” that appeared in the New York Law Journal on March 22, 2018.

In the article, David Saxe, now a partner at Morrison Cohen, reflects on his time as a trail judge and an Appellate Division judge.  Additionally, David, along with former colleagues Jim Catterson and Jim McGuire, both lawyers in private practice as well, share their thoughts about things past and present at the Appellate Division, First Department.
