Morrison Cohen represented LIF Industries, a family-owned Long Island-based distributor and manufacturer of doors, frames, and hardware for both residential and commercial markets, in connection with its sale to Unified Door and Hardware Group, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, a family office and private investment firm.
