David B. Saxe Authors Article on Avoiding Legal Challenges to Prenuptial Agreements
April 19, 2017 – The Hon. David B. Saxe, (ret.) just authored the article “Making Prenuptial Agreements 'Bulletproof,'” that appeared in the New York Law Journal on April 19, 2017.
He notes that if attorneys take certain basic precautions in the drafting of their agreements, they can be made less vulnerable to a litigation challenge. With prenuptial agreements being a mainstay of matrimonial practice today, Judge Saxe offers a list of important considerations to 'bulletproof' such agreements.
