Hon. David B. Saxe Joins Morrison Cohen on March 1, 2017
January 26, 2017 – Morrison Cohen is pleased to announce that the Hon. David B. Saxe, a Justice of the Appellate Division, First Department, of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, will be joining Morrison Cohen as a partner on March 1, 2017.
Justice Saxe is one of the most honored and respected members of New York's legal community. With 35 years on the bench, Judge Saxe brings unparalleled judicial insight, wisdom and experience on a variety of matters including appellate strategy and preparation, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution. He was honored by the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association at its annual meeting on January 26, 2017. Morrison Cohen is thrilled and honored that he has chosen our firm for his new home.
