Jeff is a Partner in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department with a broad base of experience litigating a variety of complex commercial matters in state and federal courts and before various arbitral tribunals.
Jeff's practice focuses on the representation of clients in breach-of-contract and fraud actions, employment actions, real estate disputes, securities litigations, and a variety of complex commercial matters. He has also represented clients in matters involving insurance-coverage disputes, class actions and securities fraud, and in connection with SEC and FINRA investigations.
Prior to coming to Morrison Cohen, Jeff was an associate in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
