Yekaterina “Katerina” Fomitcheva Joins Morrison Cohen

Morrison Cohen welcomes Associate Katerina Fomitcheva, who joins the firm in our Commercial Lending & Finance Practice. Katerina advises clients in debt finance transactions involving acquisition financings, leveraged finance transactions, cross-border transactions, asset-based facilities, working capital facilities, mezzanine financings and first and second lien financings. Her clients include financial institutions, borrowers, direct lenders, agents and lead arrangers.

Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Katerina was an associate at Latham & Watkins and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was managing editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics, and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Macaulay Honors College at CUNY Hunter College.
