Y. David Scharf Co-Leads The Borrowers Roundtable Workshop Series
Morrison Cohen Chair and Co-Managing Partner Y. David Scharf is co-leading The Borrowers Roundtable, a three-part, invitation-only workshop series designed to help real estate borrowers navigate the complex relationship between loan structures and operational decision-making.
David will be joined by fellow industry leaders Michael Weiser, President of GFI Realty Services, LLC, and Shlomo Chopp, Managing Partner of Case Equity Partners. Together, they bring legal, financial and operational insight to guide borrowers through the strategies and structures that shape lender behavior, loan enforcement and asset-level decision-making.
Focused on the real-world challenges of managing commercial properties – whether distressed, stabilized or in transition – the series is limited to fewer than 20 participants and designed for candid, peer-to-peer discussion and real-world problem solving.
The Borrowers Roundtable will be held on July 15, July 22 and July 24 in New York City.
