Tax Consulting Firm Source Advisors Completes Acquisition of Intrepid Advisors
Morrison Cohen’s M&A team recently served as legal counsel to Source Advisors, a leading tax advisory consulting group and portfolio company of Gainline Capital Partners, in its acquisition of Intrepid Advisors, a consulting firm specializing on research and development tax credits, as first reported on December 8, 2020.
Based out of Fort Worth, Texas, Source Advisors’ team of professionals, comprising of CPAs, attorneys, engineers, and technology experts, have been providing advisory services for more than 37 years to companies and CPA firms in maximizing government-sponsored tax credits, deductions, and incentives.
The Morrison Cohen team was led by M&A partner Eric I. Moskowitz. Steven N. Rockoff (Commercial Lending & Finance) led the debt financing related to the acquisition.
