Morrison Cohen Represents HelloTrade in $4.6M Seed Funding Round
Congratulations to client HelloTrade, a new blockchain-powered trading platform, on the completion of its $4.6 million seed funding round led by Dragonfly Capital.
HelloTrade will provide 24/7 global access to stocks, commodities and other real-world assets (RWAs). The platform will offer a mobile-first user experience, leverage through perpetual futures, and institutional-grade security and performance, built on MegaETH for high speed and Ethereum-level security.
HelloTrade is expected to debut as a mobile app on both iOS and Android.
The Morrison Cohen team representing HelloTrade was led by Counsel Andrew Wallach, with support from Associate Steven Mercadante. The team also included Partners Anthony Saur, Jeff Laska, and Jason Gottlieb.
