Morrison Cohen Promotes Jenni Eastman to Chief Operating Officer

New role highlights the development of the firm’s executive operations

Morrison Cohen is pleased to announce that Jenni Eastman has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Jenni was previously Senior Managing Director of Operations and joined the firm in August 2022 from Cooley. She is the firm’s first C-suite leader.

This new position demonstrates Morrison Cohen’s evolution towards professional management guiding our essential business functions. Under Jenni’s direction, over the past year, the firm has focused on strengthening our business operations by integrating industry experts in Administration, HR, Marketing, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

As COO, Jenni will continue to shape and execute Morrison Cohen’s strategic priorities to maximize profitability, advance client service, foster engagement and enhance firm culture. She will also continue to collaborate with Finance to improve the firm’s financial performance and lead operations and administrative functions designed to enhance the efficiency, infrastructure and sophistication of the firm.
