Morrison Cohen Partners with Posse and SEEDS Pipeline Programs; Launches Summer Intern Program

Morrison Cohen is thrilled to announce official partnerships with leading pipeline programs, The Posse Foundation and SEEDS. These programs facilitate entry into elite high schools and universities for high-achieving students by offering full tuition scholarships, advanced tutoring and professional growth experiences. Additionally, the firm is launching its first Summer Internship Program beginning this summer.

Following the Supreme Court’s SFFA decision, Morrison Cohen publicly pledged to engage in the recruitment pipeline earlier. Bobby Codjoe, the firm’s Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, stated that these partnerships, along with the summer internship program, “make good on that promise. They reflect our commitment to being forward thinking by identifying and nurturing emerging talent. These programs not only align with our core values but also represent sound investments in our future.”

Morrison Cohen will kick off its partnerships at the Posse Winter Career Fair on January 4, where Director of Human Resources Karen Owens, Partner David Kozlowski and Associate Zai Gilles will connect with Posse Scholars and alumni. In addition, Morrison Cohen associates will participate in the Posse Career Coaching Program, designed to support the growth and development of Posse Scholars in their career journey.

The firm’s inaugural Summer Internship Program will provide college students who have demonstrated extraordinary ability and an interest in the legal profession with an introduction to the industry.
