Partner Jason Gottlieb, chair of Morrison Cohen’s Digital Assets and White Collar & Regulatory Enforcement practices, spoke on a panel on “Legislative and Regulatory Updates” at the Blockchain Accounting Symposium 2025, hosted by AICPA and CPA.com in partnership with the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance, on October 7 in New York City.
The symposium, which featured a fireside chat with SEC Commissioner Hester M. Peirce, head of the Commission's Crypto Task Force, brought together leaders from public accounting, government, financial services, technology and law to explore the opportunities and challenges that digital assets present for the future of accounting, finance and the broader economy.
