On April 17, 2014, Morrison Cohen client Great Point Partners and its co-investors completed a growth recapitalization investment in CORRONA ( the Consortium of Rheumatology Researchers of North America, Inc.), a leading provider of clinical real world data collected from physicians and patients at the time of routine clinic visits. The company has a large and robust dataset for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, spondyloarthopathy, and gout, and is branching out to cover other autoimmune and chronic diseases.
