Great Point Partners Closes New Fund
On December 19, 2013, Morrison Cohen client Great Point Partners held the final closing for its second generation private equity fund, Great Point Partners II, L.P. (“GPP II”). GPP II will invest in lower middle market, growth-oriented health care companies, through recapitalizations, buy-outs, and the investment of growth equity. Morrison Cohen represented Great Point Partners in connection with the establishment of GPP II.
