EEOC Guidance on Incentivizing Vaccination
On October 13, 2021, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”) issued guidance to employers that wish to incentivize their workforce to get vaccinated against COVID-19. This alert provides employers with guidance concerning the parameters of those incentives, and the difference between incentivizing on-site vaccination versus vaccination by a third-party medical provider.
