Claire M. Amodio Joins Morrison Cohen
Morrison Cohen welcomes Claire Amodio, who joins the firm in our Business Litigation Practice. Claire focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, as well as government and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen, Claire served as a term clerk for Hon. Thérèse Wiley Dancks of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She was previously an associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres LLP. Claire received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, and a B.A., cum laude, from Fordham College at Rose Hill.
