Partners Brian Forman and Jason Gottlieb will participate in an upcoming webinar sponsored by the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) entitled “Digital Assets and Funds: A Primer from Morrison Cohen,” focusing on the regulatory environment with respect to digital assets, and current issues related to investment funds that are investing in digital assets.
The presentation, which will take place on February 8 at 9:30 am ET, will cover common issues and mistakes to avoid when starting a digital asset fund and key considerations in navigating regulatory issues related to digital assets. Attendees will include investment managers, attorneys, CPAs, CFOs, and other professionals serving the hedge fund and private equity industries.
