Anna Sun is a resource attorney in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department. She has been a legal consultant for several AmLaw100 firms and major corporations, and has been a review manager for several prominent class actions and antitrust litigations. 

Anna prepares, reviews and analyzes documents for depositions and trials, identifying key issues as well as constructing approaches and strategies to advise companies to stand in the best position in litigations and to advise on the most effective practices to protect companies.  Anna is fluent in Mandarin, Japanese and Taiwanese, and has done document reviews in these languages.

Anna was a legal adviser to The Permanent Mission of Tuvalu to the United Nations where she focused on international trade law and policy, climate change, carbon-trade regulations, trademark, contract, securities, real estate, insurance, regulatory, and basic litigation issues.  As a Tuvalu UN delegate, she was responsible for proposing drafts and amendments to Law of the Sea.  She also has experience in both personal and commercial real estate transactions, preparing title reports and clear titles.
