Congratulations to our clients Aaron Easterly (Founder and CEO of Rover Group, Inc.), Brent Turner (COO), Charlie Wickers (CFO) and Melissa Weiland (General Counsel), on the sale of Rover, the world’s largest online marketplace for pet care, to private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone. The all-cash transaction is valued at approximately $2.3 billion.
