Rob deals with the full range of issues relating to the employment and severance arrangements of his clients, including corporate governance, changes in control, tax, pension, deferred compensation, restrictive covenants, severance benefits, and liquidity issues. He also brings to bear wide knowledge of economic and contractual norms in his practice area, and he regularly serves as an expert witness on matters within his area of expertise.

Rob has represented the CEOs of over two dozen NYSE-listed companies in connection with their employment arrangements. He has also represented numerous CEOs of corporations listed on the NASDAQ, American and London Stock Exchanges; CEOs of portfolio companies owned by the major private equity firms; senior executives and bankers at “bulge bracket” investment banks; successful asset and hedge fund managers; private equity firm partners; and scores of less highly compensated individuals.
