Benjamin is an Associate in Morrison Cohen’s Compensation, Benefits & Employment Department. He advises clients on a broad range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
Benjamin regularly advises clients in connection with a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, with respect to employment and compensation matters. He also advises employers in the design and implementation of employment, retention, separation, and other arrangements.
Benjamin joined Morrison Cohen in 2016.
