Andrew is an Associate in Morrison Cohen’s Business Litigation Department. He represents clients involved in a wide variety of commercial and business disputes.
Andrew has represented and advised corporations, hospitals, not-for-profit entities, and individuals in complex commerical litigations and other disputes, including investigations by the federal government under the False Claims Act. He has experience in both state and federal court and arbitral forums, and has experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-action investigations, discovery, pleadings, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. Additionally, Andrew has represented clients in transactional matters.
Prior to joining Morrison Cohen in 2014, Andrew was an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP.

- Successfully resolved a dispute arising from a marketing and licensing agreement between a Swedish medical-device manufacturer and a large pharmaceutical company after initiating an action and engaging in targeted mediation-related discovery.
- In a case of first impression, successfully served as co-counsel in an appeal impacting the rights and obligations of New York State’s LGBTQ parents.
- Successfully defended retailer Kenneth Cole against the efforts of mall owner Simon Property Group (“Simon”) who sought to enjoin the closure of Kenneth Cole stores in Simon outlet malls through Simon’s enforcement of the “continuous operation” provisions contained in Kenneth Cole’s leases.
- Represented a commercial-financing broker in cooperatively complying with a non-party document and deposition subpoena in an investigation by the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
