GenNx360 Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Schneider Packaging Equipment Company
September 17, 2019 – Morrison Cohen represented GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in middle market business service and industrial companies, in acquiring a majority stake in Schneider Packaging Equipment Company, Inc. (the “Company”). GenNx360 partnered with the Company's management team and current owners to acquire this leading manufacturer of case packing and robotic palletizing solutions. The Morrison Cohen team was led by Andrew M. Arsiotis and Henry A. Zangara (Corporate) and included Joshua Saidlower and Bryan R. Joggerst (Corporate); Isaac P. Grossman and Hunter J.
