Great Point Partners Closes New Investment Fund
August 13, 2019 – A Morrison Cohen team consisting of Steven M. Cooperman, Isaac P. Grossman, Alan M. Levine, Jessica R. Colombo and Timur N. Eron represented Great Point Partners, a leading health care investment firm, in connection with the closing of its latest fund, Great Point Partners III, L.P. (“GPP III”), a $306 million growth buy-out fund. GPP III was oversubscribed and exceeded its target of $250 million.
