David Saxe Speaks at NYCBA Program on Do's and Don'ts of Appellate Practice
April 18, 2019 – The Hon. David B. Saxe, (ret.) will be a co-panelist at the New York City Bar Association program “Do's and Don'ts of Appellate Practice: A View from the Bench” on May 2, 2019. This program will consist of tips from David Saxe, a former Associate Justice, New York State Appellate Division, First Department and the Hon. Anil C. Singh, a current Associate Justice of the First Department, on a wide variety of topics intended to enhance the writing and oral advocacy skills of practitioners in the New York State Appellate Courts.
